Listing Your Home
Listing your home is a strategic process that involves choosing the right marketing and listing activities and timing them to attract the right Buyer.
Before listing, we create professional floor plans and obtain a pre-listing home inspection.
Stunning Feature Sheets with beautiful photos, floor plans and eloquently written property remarks are a takeaway for any potential Buyer or viewing agent. Effective feature sheets bring your listing to life on paper and capture the best features of your home in words and images. They also give visitors something to help remember your home and its features after a showing…and can be passed along to help spread the word.
For Sale Signs bring attention to your property and its association with Toronto’s leading brokerage. The signs also give exposure to the customized website domain we make for you to feature your home’s listing.
Upon listing your home, it is given initial exposure via the Royal LePage Johnston & Daniel office tour, where colleagues have the opportunity to preview your property. If agreed upon, we can also host an Agent Open House to give easy access to agents previewing properties on behalf of their clients, as well as Public Open Houses to provide additional showing opportunities to Buyers that may be looking online without agents, Buyers who are sent to the open house by their agents, and for people in the neighbourhood who may just be curious, but sometimes also have a friend in mind who could be a great fit for your home.
You will be kept informed of current market activity, trends, key issues and most importantly, feedback from agents and potential Buyers about your home. Communication is key to a successful working relationship, and a successful sale that’s as smooth and stress-free for you as possible.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about our listing services or would like to discuss your real estate needs and objectives and the ways we might be able to help you successfully achieve them.
