The Globe & Mail recently came out with an interesting online resource that shows how home prices in specific Toronto neighbourhoods have changed over time.

It compares the Spring / Fall Markets of 2012 vs. those of 2013, and yearly comparisons going back to 2008.

It’s worth a look. But keep in mind, as duly noted by the Globe, in some neighbourhoods accuracy can be questionable…particularly in areas where there were a smaller number of sales, therefore ‘skewing’ the results of the data.

For instance, it notes that Rosedale was down 14% while the South Annex was up 37% 2012 vs. 2013.

These numbers were influenced by a lack of volume combined with the sale of some specific homes.
